If you are in the Basic mode (or account balance ≤ 50MB), you can only connect to servers in the United States. If you are in Premium mode (either a paid subscriber or account balance＞50MB), you can connect to any servers in any given VPN location. By simply choosing a location from the country list, you would be able to connect to servers in that particular location.
