The quickest way to solve the issue is to submit your issue description within the app.
Step#1. Open SkyVPN.
Step#2. Tap the icon at the upper left corner of the interface to access the main menu.
Step#3. Tap “Help & About Us”.
Step#4. Click “Report an Issue or Feedback” to enter the issue submitting page.
To submit your issue, you should, first of all, select a question type from the list. Is it a network connection problem, a product problem, a purchase problem, a suggestion, or other type?
Then, describe your issue as detailed as you can in the box below that contains your SkyVPN ID by default. NEVER delete it. It’s very important for your issue to be known by SkyVPN developers.
Your issue description should at least include the following basic information: your SkyVPN ID (given by default), the device you’re using SkyVPN on including its brand, version, and operating system, and your email address (though it can be known as your issue is submitted, it’s better to emphasize it in the issue description). Plus, your description should be clarified in detail so that your issue can be well understood by SkyVPN support staff and developers.
Finally, clcik the “Send diagnostic information to SkyVPN” and tap the “Submit” at the upper right corner of the interface to complete your issue submission.
With your issue submit, please pay more attention to your email Inbox since SkyVPN customer service staff will send the solution there. Therefore, make clear what email address you used to register SkyVPN.
